At Klatch Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, though we are happy to replace or refund orders involving equipment or quality issues.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and any photos of damaged items or packaging.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for non-perishable hardware returns.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Return

    Securely pack the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
